Driving Lesson Cancellation Policy – Reddi2Drive (Redditch)

At Reddi2Drive, we aim to provide reliable and professional driving lessons in Redditch and surrounding areas. When you book a lesson, that time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness and availability for all learners, the following cancellation policy applies.

24-Hour Notice Requirement

If you need to cancel or rearrange a driving lesson, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice may be rearranged at no extra charge.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full lesson rate.

This policy allows us to offer driving lessons in Redditch efficiently and fairly to all learners.

Missed Lessons (Non-Attendance)

If you do not attend your scheduled lesson and no prior notice has been given, the full lesson fee will apply.

Illness or Emergency

We understand that genuine illness or emergencies can occur. Please inform us as soon as possible. Flexibility may be offered at our discretion depending on the circumstances.

Instructor Cancellations

If Reddi2Drive needs to cancel a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

• An alternative lesson appointment, or
• A full refund for that lesson.

Driving Test Day Bookings

If a practical driving test is cancelled at short notice, any lesson time booked around the test may still be chargeable if less than 24 hours’ notice is given.
